2. Dati trattati
- Dati di navigazione: dati tecnici (ad esempio indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, orario della richiesta) registrati automaticamente dal server che ospita il sito.
- Dati forniti da te: con il modulo Preventivo raccogliamo ragione sociale, indirizzo e-mail, dettagli delle lavorazioni richieste ed eventuali documenti allegati. Trattiamo inoltre i dati che ci invii scrivendoci per e-mail, telefonando o tramite WhatsApp.
3. Finalità e basi giuridiche
- Rispondere alle richieste di preventivo e di informazioni e gestire le eventuali trattative: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Adempiere agli obblighi di legge, ad esempio contabili e fiscali, se la richiesta diventa un ordine (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Inviarti comunicazioni commerciali e offerte, solo se hai dato il consenso facoltativo nel modulo (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento scrivendoci.
- Garantire la sicurezza e il corretto funzionamento del sito: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Natura del conferimento
Ragione sociale ed e-mail sono necessarie per rispondere alla tua richiesta di preventivo: senza questi dati non possiamo ricontattarti. Gli altri dati e il consenso al marketing sono facoltativi.
5. Dove sono conservati i dati e chi li riceve
Il sito e la posta elettronica sono ospitati da Aruba S.p.A. su server in Italia; Aruba agisce come responsabile del trattamento. I dati sono trattati con strumenti informatici dal personale autorizzato del titolare, con misure adeguate a proteggerli. Se la richiesta diventa un ordine, i dati possono essere comunicati anche al nostro consulente fiscale. I dati non vengono diffusi né ceduti a terzi.
6. Trasferimento fuori dall’Unione Europea
I dati raccolti tramite il sito restano in Italia e non vengono trasferiti fuori dall’Unione Europea. La mappa della sede è fornita da OpenStreetMap Foundation, con sede nel Regno Unito (paese per cui la Commissione Europea ha adottato una decisione di adeguatezza), che riceve il tuo indirizzo IP solo per mostrarti la mappa. Se scegli di contattarci tramite WhatsApp, quei dati sono trattati anche da WhatsApp Ireland Ltd secondo la sua informativa.
7. Tempi di conservazione
- Richieste di preventivo non seguite da un ordine: 24 mesi dalla ricezione.
- Dati legati a un ordine: 10 anni, come previsto dagli obblighi civilistici e fiscali.
- Dati per il marketing: fino alla revoca del consenso.
- Dati di navigazione: per il tempo tecnico necessario al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del sito.
8. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la loro rettifica o cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento (artt. 15-22 GDPR). Puoi revocare i consensi dati senza conseguenze sui trattamenti già effettuati. Per esercitare i tuoi diritti scrivi a commerciale@aiellolegnami.it. 2. Data we process
- Browsing data: technical data (for example IP address, browser type, time of the request) logged automatically by the server hosting the website.
- Data you provide: through the Quote form we collect company name, e-mail address, details of the work requested and any attached documents. We also process the data you send us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to quote and information requests and handling any negotiations: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules, if the request becomes an order (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Sending you commercial communications and offers, only if you gave the optional consent in the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
- Keeping the website secure and working properly: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Whether providing data is required
Company name and e-mail are required to answer your quote request: without them we cannot get back to you. All other data and the marketing consent are optional.
5. Where data is stored and who receives it
The website and e-mail are hosted by Aruba S.p.A. on servers in Italy; Aruba acts as data processor. Data is processed electronically by the controller’s authorised staff, with suitable security measures. If the request becomes an order, data may also be shared with our tax advisor. Data is never published or sold to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Data collected through the website stays in Italy and is not transferred outside the European Union. The map of our premises is provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, based in the United Kingdom (a country covered by a European Commission adequacy decision), which receives your IP address only to display the map. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy.
7. Retention
- Quote requests that do not become an order: 24 months from receipt.
- Data related to an order: 10 years, as required by civil and tax law.
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
- Browsing data: for the technical time needed to run and secure the website.
8. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, for data portability, and you can object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise your rights write to commerciale@aiellolegnami.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
